Travel On Time reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes implemented by banks, payment networks, regulators, or service providers.

8. Payment Processing

Travel On Time functions solely as a payment facilitator. We are not responsible for disputes regarding goods or services between users and merchants or payees.

Payment processing timelines depend on participating banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions. Delays beyond our reasonable control shall not create any liability for Travel On Time.

9. Security

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and are accountable for all transactions processed through their accounts unless otherwise required by law.

10. Suspension & Termination

Travel On Time reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its services without prior notice if misuse, fraud, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel On Time, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
