Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Refund Eligibility

Amounts paid through the Travel On Time payment gateway are generally non-refundable except under the circumstances mentioned below.

  • If a customer's bank account or card is debited multiple times due to a technical error, the excess amount (excluding payment gateway charges) will be refunded.
  • If payment is successfully deducted but the booking or transaction fails because of a technical issue, Travel On Time will either complete the booking at no additional cost or process a refund after deducting applicable gateway charges.

2. Refund Request Process

Customers requesting a refund must submit a refund application along with:

  • Transaction ID / Order ID
  • Original payment receipt (if available)
  • Reason for requesting the refund

3. Refund Processing

Every refund request is manually verified before approval. If the claim is found valid, the approved refund will be processed electronically.

Refunds are generally processed within 21 calendar days. However, depending on your bank's policies, the credited amount may reflect in your account within 3 to 21 business days.

4. Situations Where Company Is Not Responsible

Travel On Time shall not be responsible for unsuccessful payment instructions under the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete or incorrect payment information.
  • Insufficient account balance or transaction limits.
  • Funds are blocked or under legal restriction.
  • Delay or rejection by your bank or payment network.
  • Natural disasters, fire, floods, strikes, power failures, internet outages, server failures, telecom failures, or any other events beyond the Company's control.

Whenever a payment fails, an email notification will be sent to the registered email address whenever possible.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

Travel On Time reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, booking, or access to its services without prior notice in case of suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

Termination of services shall not affect any legal rights available to the Company under applicable laws.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of India. The Company may choose to resolve disputes through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Such arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and shall not be combined with claims of any other party.
